This role will work with the Member Firm Engagement & Training team is a part of the Practice Consulting Management department lead by the VP, Marketing & Private Consulting Group. The team is comprised currently of the Director who reports to the VP and two additional team members.
This position will be responsible for developing and managing the change management plans for a couple of system applications which will be delivered in 2021 to the company community. They will be expected to work with the project teams to create a change plan for successful delivery using the ADKAR methodology. Some of what the plan would include is stakeholders analysis, risk assessment, communication and training workstreams, post support escalation process, and development of a KPI scorecard.
This position would be working with the different team members (project team, director, stakeholders, trainers, communications, marketing) to create a change management plan and then managing the tasks to completion. The person would be handling or assisting with activities in the plan in order to deliver the overall project on time, within budget and successfully enabling the company communication to adapt the new system. There will be presentations to develop and give to Leadership (PowerPoint), working in Excel for various reports, tracking and completing activities as assigned, attending meetings, weekly status reporting, developing communications, and assisting the project teams with whatever is necessary. A good candidate needs to have very good client service and communication skills.
Change Manager Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, Outlook).
Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, multiple tabular worksheets).
Understanding how to do a personal mass e-mail in Outlook is an added bonus but not a must.
Must be able to develop a change management plan using the ADKAR methodology (stakeholder analysis dashboard, risk assessment, communication and training workstreams, KPI, scoreboard, etc.) and manage the plan to completion.
Excellent customer service and communicator (written and oral).
As the team is small and all of whom are working on many projects at the same time, they need to be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities.
Organized and self-sufficient.
