Call Center Representative
Our client is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team. This company is seeking motivated self-starters who strive in fast-paced environments to build upon their success and growth.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls from customers regarding account statuses.
Maintain documentation regarding all call-related activities.
Research information and update incorrect contact information.
Discuss payment terms, taxes, insurance, and financial information with customers.
Determine financial qualification eligibility based on individuals' criteria.
Assist with setting up payment arrangements.
Additional duties as assigned.
Call Center Representative Qualifications
1 year of customer service and/or call center experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Spanish / English a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
