Call Center Representative
Our Pacific Northwest client has an immediate need for a Call Center Representative for their Roseburg office. This company is looking for an individual whose customer service skills reflect their reputation for exceptional care and ability to connect with their customers.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and emails.
Research and resolve customer issues and inquiries.
Maintain knowledge of current products and services to answer questions and suggest to customers.
Data entry of call notes.
Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Call Center Representative Qualifications
1 year of customer service or contact center experience.
Strong communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multi-task and resourceful.
