Our Portland client is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team remotely. This role will be assisting individuals with retirement and benefit related inquiries and requests.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
High volume customer service via incoming phone calls.
Relay accurate information regarding plans and services.
Research discrepancies and issues and provide follow up.
Monitor statuses of requests and make outbound calls for correspondence.
Support special department projects.
Call Center Representative Qualifications
6 months of customer service, call center, administrative experience; financial services industry experience a plus.
Associates degree or college coursework a plus.
Systems savvy; proficient in using MS Office.
Familiar with Salesforce a plus.
Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
Team player and able to manage priorities.
Temporarily working remote due to COVID-19.
