Call Center Agent
Our client is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their dynamic team in Beaverton, OR.
Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
Working across Two or three call centers / chat centers.
Providing customer support/service. A background in customer service is required.
Support the overall brand passion and passion for sport. (Football / Cross Country would be ideal).
Potential schedule: 4x10 Wednesday through Saturday or Tuesday through Friday. Could also be Tuesday through Saturday.
Call Center Agent Qualifications:
A person who can take action, lead, possesses a very strong personality.
Has prior sales, retail and call center experience.
Bi-Lingual in Spanish, as a plus!
Has an excellent attendance history
Can handle a call volume of 20-30 calls per day.
Able to tell a clear story
Organized, methodical, process focused
Able to show empathy
Talkative, express their opinion, take charge
Passion for sport:
Could be someone who participates in sports but could also be a sport fan.
Ability to sell:
Ability to tell a clear story.
Background in retail or customer service
Ability to communicate clearly and ask probing questions to understand consumer need.
Ability to build rapport.
Strong written communication
Perseverance - Challenge willingly, overcome objections, persuade effectively.
Understand the different use of products/services by different customers.
Explain the benefits of using our products or services.
Explain the benefits of purchasing now.
Pay: $17-18/hour W2
