Calendar and Reporting Coordinator
Our client is hiring a Calendar and Reporting Coordinator for their team in Beaverton, Oregon. This position will coordinate calendars and handle reporting for Global Brand Marketing, at the direction of Operations Program Manager.

Calendar and Reporting Coordinator Responsibilities
Aggregate and analyze data for calendars and reporting of work status.
Create cross-functional calendars and reports weekly for broad distribution and usage by Marketing functions.
Escalate and resolve problems as necessary to ensure awareness and assistance with resolution.
Communicate and identify risks to project sponsors for their awareness and approval.
Determine a course of action by breaking project into smaller steps and by planning and resourcing each of these, making allowance for potential problems.
Awareness of the needs, objectives and constraints of stakeholders.

Team Support:
Support team and stakeholders in a variety of ways (as needed when engaging with Business stakeholders).

Calendar and Reporting Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 5 years’ experience in business facing project management.
Ability to manage a variety of and multiple projects at once, or large scale projects.
Ability to create and manage a timeline for large scale projects.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to interact with senior management.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to operate independently.
Ability to work effectively across a wide, global range of management and teams.
Global perspective and international experience preferred.
