Business Systems Manager Responsibilities
Seek opportunities to assess, design, and support implementing solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and reduce costs by aligning and standardizing data management and system outputs.
Lead professionalization of the Business Solutions teams in terms of:
Development of cross-functional process design.
Adoption of business systems and operational best practices.
Advice on optimal solutions available for immediate business process requirements.
Pro-actively engage senior stakeholders in order to influence key business decisions and conduct regular “operational service reviews” to confirm plans, prioritization and delivery are in-line with stakeholder expectations by understanding and documenting the current systems / business processes end-to-end.
Develop and foster collaborative and strong working relationships with the wider functional and technical teams within the business.
Through management of your team, be responsible for the Americas’ business solutions administration including issues log.
Ensure that there is sufficient systems process documentation and that security controls are robust and working in line with expectations as well as a strict change control policy.
Keep abreast of emerging technology and developments within the Microsoft D365 space and updating business stakeholders of pipeline improvements.
Assess existing capabilities against retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) leading practice.
Align the Americas’ Business Solutions roadmap to the wider business transformation and change agenda.
Support the Global Head of Applications and Enterprise Architect build or develop the technology roadmap and IT strategy and subsequent delivery of future systems roadmaps to support the future operating model.
Ensure that any D365 changes are appropriately mirrored through liaison with the Data Analytics team and tools. 

Business Systems Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
4-5 years or more related experience required.
Solid experience with Dynamics AX/365FO critical.
Previous experience in a leadership role, organizing and structuring business processes and teamwork, such as Senior Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Solutions Manager or similar role.
Strong experience in engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver business and systems change initiatives.
Experience with a large-scale business solution (e.g. Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics 365).
Hands on experience of ERP and integrations with satellite applications.
Retail or FMCG omnichannel experience in direct to consumer, physical stores, B2B/wholesale. Experience within a fashion brand highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively with senior both technical and non-technical teams.
International travel: up to 10%. Domestic travel: N/A.
Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40+ hours per week.
