Business Systems Analyst

Our legal services client will be hiring a mid-level Business Systems Analyst for a 2 year Contract in Beaverton.
Critical skills include: solution-focused mindset, thick skin, ability to hear what people are trying to say even when they can’t explain themselves. 
This position will be responsible for the testing, analysis, documentation of all Print & Mail work running through Prepress. 
This individual will play a key role in supporting developers with translation from internal and external client needs to technical solutions and operational requirements.

Pay rate: $35.00/hr. W2

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities
Create, deploy, maintain and support print Implementations and projects.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create innovative business solutions.
Provide print Creation and processing support for internal business clients.
Ensure that projects are consistently on-scope and on-time.
Draft effective documentation of procedures for training and reference purposes.
Implement standard processes for formatting and converting non-electronic information and data into print and customer output data. 
Monitor task transitions and procedural flow within the group from creation to delivery.

Business Systems Analyst Qualifications
2 years of experience gathering, testing, and documenting requirements.
You geek out when creating reports and manipulating data within Microsoft Excel and Access.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Experience with Sefas OpenPrint software suite preferred.
Entry level user in VBScript.
Strong data analysis and research skills.
