Business Analyst
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst on the Strategy & AI Data Product Management team. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, a strong problem-solver and have good technical skills in data extraction, manipulation and analysis, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to help drive decisions at a high-growth fashion apparel company. Responsibilities:
Develop and enable data-driven decision making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into actionable insights.
Design, develop and maintain ad hoc reports & automated dashboards that will support our business needs at a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Design, operate, and analyze employee surveys to identify digital opportunities and track program performance of our digital upskilling program, process digitization and automation, and digital communications and change management.
Communicate status and results in the form of executive meeting agendas, pre-read reports, presentation material, and notes that track key decisions, questions, next steps, and risks.
Turn business questions into functional analysis – understand the core financial impact in terms of sales, profitability, and KPIs.
Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to get financials, build models, capture outputs for project expenditure requests, memos, and executive presentations.
Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and partner with internal team members to identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights on finance, sales, product, pricing, planning, and inventory data.
Work with vendors to gather data, project status updates, and assess dependencies and risks.

Qualifications:
BS or MS degree in mathematics, engineering, business management, economics, statistics or other relevant field.
4-5+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role.
Execution minded analyst including strong tool capabilities.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, effectively communicate with business and technical teams.
Experience with financial and project KPI reporting.
Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey building tools.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, team player.
Passionate about apparel and e-commerce.
Excited to take initiative, and come up with creative solutions for complex business challenges.
Able to work under pressure.

Preferred:
Experience with data visualization tools – building dashboards and reports in Excel and Tableau.
Experience with databases and advanced proficiency in SQL (experience in writing complex SQL queries that extract data from our data warehouse).
Programming experience with R and/or Python a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience building decks for presentation to senior stakeholders.
