Business Analyst Responsibilities 
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems or practices and user needs. 
Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. 

Business Analyst Qualification
May require an associate's degree in a related area and 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. 
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. 
May be required to provide troubleshooting advise and test possible solutions to business systems. 
Primary job functions do require exercising independent judgment. 
Project Management experience and computer skills required.
