Business Analyst
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This position will work as a Business Analyst as part of the HR Governance Quality & Analysis team to drive and define solutions to business issues across HR functional teams through utilization of HR systems and tools. This position applies consultancy, analytical and planning skills to gather and analyze information for HR business processes, make recommendations, support a variety of HR-related initiatives and projects. Work is performed independently under limited supervision. 

Business Analyst Responsibilities
Elicit requirements from HR business stakeholders.
Evaluate and consult with business partners on potential solution options.
Partner with technical teams to design the solutions.
Provide consulting and analysis to initiatives including business requirements, process design, process maps, work instructions and other associated project documentation.
Translate technical issues into business impacts to support the business decision making process.
Create and facilitate use cases plan and execution.
Communicate key decisions and corresponding impacts across teams to ensure integrated plans and solutions are delivered.
Ask questions to understand the work, identify gaps/opportunities, and challenge (when appropriate).
Influence to align cross functional teams towards solutions.

Business Analyst Qualifications 
Requires Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years directly relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization.
Experience in HR with an understanding of upstream/downstream impacts.
Experience working within a global organization.
Ability to work independently and influence others to meet deadlines.
Strong aptitude to understand tool functionality and utilization for gaps, solutions and operation efficiencies. 
Self-starter with experience driving results.

Preferred:
Detailed knowledge of HR processes (payroll, workforce administration, HR systems etc).
Kronos Timekeeping experience (1-2 years).
SAP HCM experience (2-3 years).
ADP Global View Experience (2-3 years).
