Business Analyst
This role is responsible for managing tasks within our client’s Finance Division. Business practices that are routine in nature and require moderate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and creating PDFs.

Business Analyst Responsibilities 
Understand the MS Word and Rich Text Format (RTF) technologies and use them in the development of RTF legal document templates, utilizing the Style Guide and inputs from BI Publisher.
Maintain Business Practices guides related to the preparation and completion of legal documents:
Guide to Completing Financing Contract Documents;
Contract Insert Guides;
Approval Matrix.

Manage translation process for non-legal documents: 
Work with outside supplier for translations;
Interact with personnel for review of translations;
Provide timely response to requesters.

Track implementation and roll out of documents for each country.
Maintain inventory of legal documents.

Business Analyst Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Visio).
Experience with RTF document formatting and quality assurance.
