Business Analyst 
This position is responsible for managing the implementation and support for a variety of Wealth Solutions applications and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, planning, testing, and providing exceptional service to member firms, field and internal staff as well as clients. The position will also provide administrative, data, and related technical support to Wealth Solutions. In addition, this position will be responsible for ad-hoc business analysis deliverables for both technical and non-technical projects. 

Business Analyst Responsibilities
Effectively assist Wealth Solutions team on software implementations as well as policy and procedure updates.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements across functions to identify business needs.
Redesign business processes by defining and documenting current and future state workflows.
Assist with support, automation, and business process modifications.
Support Wealth Solutions teams with developing end-user training materials for rollout of technology platforms. 
Identify ways to automate and streamline operational business processes. 
Work with cross functional teams and the member firm community to facilitate the implementation of Wealth Solutions system applications and application upgrades.
Provide technology support for financial reporting and modeling.
Provide technical and some administrative support for member firms using technology platforms.
Support the management efforts of internal, consulting, and vendor resources to address phases of standard maintenance, application updates, and issue resolution.
Research and reconcile complicated data discrepancies from various Wealth Solutions data sources and systems then utilize this information for regulatory projects.
Demonstrate strong organizational, client service, and collaboration skills to enable effective communication of complex data to a broad audience.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Business Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or computer related field.
At least 4 years related work experience.
Financial and/or client services experience strongly preferred.
Experience with business process mapping, analysis, and design.
Experience with change management and communication with stakeholders to support technology and process changes.
Demonstrated task management skills including a proven ability to keep track of, prioritize, and report status of multiple initiatives.
Critical thinking skills, using fact-based analysis.
Strong working knowledge of PC skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
Proven ability to work with changing requirements/priorities using internal and external resources.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, member firms, carriers, and vendors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively, both independently as well as a member of a team.
Ability to be available for after-hours support and weekend work as needed.
Ability to quickly learn new processes and technology solutions.
