Business Analyst 

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Portland, OR. The Business Analyst is responsible for preparing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations in compliance with standards, policies, and methodologies. This role is placed in the identity and access management space. You will work with Privileged Access Management team to deploy new tools and capabilities. You will also work with the project team for MultiFactor Authentication process documentation and assist a group of BAs working on developing Role-based access for the IT department. You will gather and synthesize functional and non-functional business requirements ensuring alignment to business strategy, execute gap analyses between business requirements and best practices, and develop business cases, process and business test strategy, case, and execution. 

Business Analyst Qualifications:
6 years of experience in business analysis or process development role. 
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related.  
Business process documentation/design, information technology project experience. 
Organized, analytical and quick learner.

Preferred job skills: 
Experience with Identity and Access Management, Cyberark, PingAccess/PingID, Cybersecurity experience.
