Build Engineering Project Manager
Join the core team in building the next generation of Cloud environments! Our client’s Hospitality Global Business Unit is currently seeking top talent to help support standalone hosted and multi-tenant SAAS solutions across global data centers. The HGBU Cloud Enablement team is leading major data center consolidation efforts spanning multiple environments. They are a premier team for setting up new Cloud environments using the latest components and services in Cloud technology.

Build Engineering Project Manager Responsibilities
Lead planning and implementation of cloud builds, upgrades and migrations.
Drive processes and projects as a technical leader with initiative, perseverance, relationship building and excellent communication skills.
Manage and communicate project plans, drive project team communication.
Analyzes issues and develop viable solutions; rapidly devising innovative ways around roadblocks and emphasizing parallel work wherever possible.
Ensures projects are completed in a timely manner, while building team spirit and cooperation.
Build credibility, establish rapport and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
Implement processes consistent with Project Management Professional (PMP) and AGILE best practices.
Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, and deliverables.
Capture overall program resource requirements and manage resource allocation.
Oversee the tracking and execution of program deliverable using JIRA and Confluence.
Constantly monitor, track and report on progress of the project / program and communicate the status on regular cadence.
Present project progress, issues and mitigation to all stakeholders and lead complex technical discussions.
Proactively identify potential issues and propose mitigation plans or alternative solutions.
Identify key performance indicators, implement meaningful metrics, and measure project performance.
Prepare presentations for management to articulate program status, key risks, and mitigations, and technical milestones.

Build Engineering Project Manager Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience at building a Program / Project Manager on IT Data Center, Cloud, software development, or large enterprise software projects.
Demonstrated leadership skills by doing large stake holder presentations and c-level communication meetings.
Experienced in managing multiple small projects simultaneously, as well as large and complex software / Infrastructure programs.
Experience with Project management applications such as MS Project, EXCEL, PowerPoint, MS Word.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), and IT infrastructure strongly desired.
Excellent organizational, technical leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of program and project management.
High Sense of Urgency - This job entails supporting business critical applications, with stringent SLAs.

Written and oral communication skills - ability to communicate technical concepts and support assertions with data.
Organizational skills - ability to coordinate and prioritize many issues simultaneously.
Analytical/Problem solving ability - ability to quickly evaluate an issue, resolve it or implement a workaround with consistent accuracy and success.
