Branding and Packaging Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Branding and Packaging Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Beaverton, OR. This position is in the Branding & Packaging team and is responsible for supporting several key functions to enable the accurate labeling of goods in a timely manner. When product information is missing or is inaccurate, C&C labels and UPC stickers cannot be printed, thereby delaying the shipment of goods. Branding & Packaging is responsible for the development and execution of our client’s Corporate Branding and Labeling items, such as hangtags, care & content labels, UPC stickers, etc.
Branding and Packaging Coordinator Responsibilities:
This position is a central point of communication for routing “missing data” issues to the appropriate teams and answering other labeling inquiries.
Day to day activities include triage of issues/questions that arrive overnight, researching issues and consulting with additional subject matter experts as needed on resolutions, collaborating with data owners & x-functional partners to resolve information discrepancies.
This position will also provide support to the Development team as needed including, but not limited to, data entry, projects, and reporting. Key collaborators that this position interacts with are, Liaison offices around the world, label vendors, global and regional merchandisers, systems support teams and some garment factories.
Branding and Packaging Coordinator Qualifications:
Competent in Microsoft Office, and, display a proficiency for learning several additional computer programs which we will teach.
Strong verbal and written communication is needed to work with our client’s Matrix, connecting with different global groups to answer questions and resolve issues.
High detail orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment, tolerance for ambiguity, natural curiosity, strong drive to solve problems in a timely manner.
