Branding and Digital Specialist
Our client is seeking a Branding and Digital Specialist to join their team in Portland, OR. The primary purpose of this role is to strategize, design and execute the employer brand in digital media strategy to ultimately increase prospect engagement and candidate flow, and influence and drive number of hires in the practice.

Live and exemplify the Five Principles within self and team.
Design and produce digital and multi-channel assets for recruitment campaigns, specifically recruitment marketing landing pages, email campaigns and social media content assets by leveraging available technology and in collaboration with cross-departmental and external partners.
Strategize, design and activate digital employer brand and recruitment multi-channel campaigns. Track and report performance to continuously improve and drive successful outcomes.
Build and execute employer brand social media strategy through content development, social monitoring and social community engagement.
Maintain careers website – analytics, content and design updates for improved performance, in partnership with external and cross-departmental partners.
Conduct competitive research, digital platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Share feedback with TA and internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of various sources and proprietary intelligence around marketplace and its attraction strategies.
Assist with coordinating industry, student and recruitment events, such as industry conferences, open houses, career fairs, and recruitment training events and actively participate in face-to-face networking and online forums in order to broaden knowledge and perspective.
Actively share thought leadership on social media. Influence social media growth through daily channel engagement.
Keep up-to-date of next-generation sources of and approaches for generating pipelines.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and P&O on strategy and execution of innovative and creative employer branding initiatives.
Have a thorough understanding of the Employer Value Proposition, promote the brand as an employer of choice to both internal and external audiences.
Track budget and recruitment marketing calendar.

3 years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, and digital marketing.
Recruitment Marketing: media buy, content development, placement, tracking and reporting.
Social Media: content development, scheduling and posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting.
Digital: oversee careers website, ATS and systems integration, building landing pages, email campaigns and other digital assets.
Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.
Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 per week to complete essential duties of this job.
Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.
The noise level in the work environment is moderately high.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds.
Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate equipment.
The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.
