Our client has an immediate opening for a Bookkeeper to join their onsite Portland team. This company has been operating for more than 2 decades and has built a reputation for exceptional quality and service to customers across the country.
Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper
Handle full-process payroll processing.
Track 401k and PTO data.
Update and maintain payroll records.
Provide backup assistance to account payables and receivables.
Support month-end close activities.
2 years of payroll, AP, AR, and general accounting experience.
Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems.
MS Office Suite experience, with working knowledge of Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
