Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. This office is a casual friendly close-knit group with a true Portland vibe.
Enter purchase orders, balance sheets, and 3-way matching.
Apply payments and refunds.
Contact customers for past due accounts.
Support month-end close duties.
Assist with streamlining processes.
Support software implementation and testing.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
3+ years of accounts receivables, accounts payable, and general accounting experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including intermediate Excel skills.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized and flexible.
Strong attention to detail and accurate.
