Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls providing accurate answers to their queries and concerns.
Translate from Spanish to English call activity and notes.
Update information and maintain records in the system.
Collaborate with team specialists to improve customer service and escalate issues.
Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
1+ years of customer service experience; experience with high volume calls preferred.
Proficient with MS Office Suite with strong typing skills.
Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
