Bilingual Call Center Specialist
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Specialist to join their team. This company is seeking motivated self-starters who strive in fast-paced environments to build upon their success and growth.
Bilingual Call Center Specialist Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls from customers regarding account statuses.
Assist with setting up payment arrangements.
Maintain documentation regarding all call efforts and activities.
Research information and update incorrect contact information.
Discuss payment terms, taxes, insurance, and financial information with customers.
Determine financial qualification eligibility based on individuals' criteria.
Other duties as assigned.
Bilingual Call Center Specialist Qualifications
1 year customer service, call center experience, or collections/banking experience.
Fluent in Spanish/English required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.
