Benefits Call Center Specialist
Our client is seeking a Benefits Call Center Specialist to join their call center team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a large organization.

This position is working remotely from Oregon or Washington.

Benefits Call Center Specialist Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls regarding disability related inquires.
Maintain system records and enter administrative changes into the system.
Ensure follow up with outside third-party vendors for missing information and correct records with missing information.
Monitor the entire process of overpaid claims.
Copy and file documents, sort mail, purge files and deliver files as needed from other areas.
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
Benefits Call Center Specialist Qualifications
6+ months customer service, call center, administrative, or related experience.
Proficient with MS Office; able to type 35 WPM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and handle sensitive information. 
High attention to detail and accuracy reviewing documents. 
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple and changing deadlines.
