Our westside client is rapidly growing and looking for an Assistant Property Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced employee-centric company with generous benefits.
This position will be temporarily working partially onsite and remote.
Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities
Oversee property-related payments and process billing into the system.
Schedule inspections with external contacts.
Review maintenance and inspection reports and analyze property conditions.
Set up new vendors and correspond back to customer requests and inquiries.
Maintain repair and payment records.
Assistant Property Manager Qualifications
3 years of property management experience.
Knowledge of billing and processes and local property regulations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
