Assets Coordinator
As Partner Studio Assets Coordinator, you will coordinate seasonal content for Geography partners and retailers. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content meets Brand standards, business needs and expectations. You’ll also maintain project documentation and specifications for integration into our evolving digital standards. 

Assets Coordinator Responsibilities 
Closely communicate with internal team and stakeholders.
Perform entry to intermediate level Excel functions.
Perform QA of content to protect product and brand integrity.
Coordinate, tag and upload content to our digital asset management tool.
Troubleshoot content related questions.
Submit reworks of content with vendors.
Create best practices to streamline operations.
Maintain documentation of standards and best practices.

Assets Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience coordinating content related projects.
A minimum of 2-3 years in a digital asset creation role or environment.
Process oriented.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
Strong organization and executional skills.
Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Suite.
Sharp and effective communication is required.
Excel experience.
Have a sharp, keen eye for detail and organization.
Ability to collaborate confidently and successfully within team environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently, identify opportunities and initiate solutions.
Work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19
