Assembly and Test Technician
Carefully perform assembly operations of electric vehicle motors.
Perform quality checks, both visual and with the help of tools.
Perform end-of-line (functional) testing of motor and inverter assemblies.
Inventory tasks, as needed.
Cleaning and organizing tasks, as needed.
High school diploma or GED
High attention to detail
Ability to document work (some computer data entry for record-keeping)
Good communication skills with CM employees and manager
Having a helpful, can-do attitude!
May halt production if a quality or safety problem is identified.
Must be able to stand all day.
Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds.
Must assure product quality through build and end-of-line testing diligence and rigor.
Experience with assembly of precision machinery/goods.
