Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our client is growing their accounting team and is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is a global leader in technology embracing a professional and friendly collaborative environment.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities
Process and reconcile deductions; resolves unauthorized deductions.
Research customer issues, short pays, and proof of delivery.
Supports intercompany billing processes and month-end activities.
Perform reconciliation and runs statements as needed.
Process credit memos and adjustments.
Communicate with customers regarding collecting of past due accounts.
Complete administrative duties such as printing, sorting, mailing and posting cash as needed.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on accounts receivables, deductions, and collections.
Knowledge of accounting systems; Oracle a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
