AR Deductions Specialist
Our well-known Pacific Northwest client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Deductions Specialist to join their team. This a great opportunity to work for an interesting industry with a strong management team leading the company.
AR Deductions Specialist Responsibilities 
Handle reconciliations and aging; resolves unauthorized deductions.
Process invoices and receipts from multiple sources daily. 
Run statements as needed and enter deductions into the system.
Maintain periodic status reports and provide reports to various internal teams.
Support billing processes and month-end activities.
Ensure data is accurately inputted in various systems and files. 
Additional duties as assigned.
AR Deductions Specialist Qualifications 
Accounting degree preferred.
2+ years of accounts receivables and deductions experience. 
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple departments. 
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task. 
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
