Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Portland, OR. This company develops best-in-class technologies and prides themselves in their high ratings for quality and customer service.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
Perform A/P processing and vendor payments.
Review sales order batches and support invoicing.
Complete cash receipt postings and bank reconciliations.
Assist with account reconciliations and sales tax filings.
Track inventory transactions and enter assets in the system.
Research and maintain vendor files and contracts and request W-9 information.
Assist with receipts of material transfer and physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
1+ years accounting/AP experience.
Experience with ERP systems; Sage highly preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines.
