Accounts Payable Specialist
Our Vancouver client is looking to add a high energy and dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and gain professional experience.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
Review daily invoices for accuracy and coding.
Vendor invoice and payment reconciliations.
Record cash disbursements.
Respond to vendor inquiries and help with resolution.
Various ad hoc projects.
Filing for Accounts Payable.
Other duties as assigned.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
Associates degree in Accounting a plus.
1+ years of accounts payable or similar experience.
MS Office Suite experience, with intermediate skills in Excel and Word.
ERP systems knowledge; Peachtree, ACCPAC, and ADP preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
