Agile Coach
Our client is seeking an Agile Coach to join their dynamic team in Hillsboro, OR. They are looking for an experienced Agile coach to help drive an on-going Agile transformation inside their Enterprise Data and Analytics. Implementation includes over 100 Agile teams running in a well-established Scrum@Scale formation. 

You will educate employees at all levels, including senior directors, on Agile principles. Teach skills that further the adoption of Agile methodologies using the Scrum framework. Provide hands-on coaching to teams, collaborating with people across varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of an Agile mindset.

You will be a strong leader and assertive about adherence to Agile. You must possess great interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and a capacity to inspire, motivate, and build trust in a large, matrixed corporate culture.
Agile Coach Qualifications:
Ability to work with and provide critical feedback to the Agile Transformation Lead
Backlog workshops
Team launch
Product Owner Coaching
Deep understanding of product development
Ability to teach backlog creation
Story/Epic writing
Use of velocity for capacity and expectation management
Ability to mentor the Scrum Master/team in identifying and embedding process improvements. (Experimenting with the way of work.)
Pro-active impediment removal
Ability to partner with engineering leadership
Demonstrate how agile practices are good engineering practices
Strengthen the connection between engineering leadership and team
Ability to model team formations based on fractal principles (Scrum@Scale/LeSS/Nexus)
Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design
Familiarity with SAFe
Strong lean knowledge
Value Stream Mapping
Waste reduction
