Administrative Support Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join their onsite team. The main function is to interact with external customers, clients, and vendors and support requests across multiple internal teams.

This position will be training onsite then working hybrid onsite/remotely temporarily.

Administrative Support Coordinator Responsibilities 
Contact external parties for specific documentation.
Assist with reporting needs.
Sort, print, scan, and distribute incoming mail/documents.
Perform data entry into multiple systems.
Prepare documents for outgoing mail and process electronic requests.
Prioritize activities and shift tasks for time-sensitive requests.
Special projects as assigned.

Administrative Support Coordinator Qualifications 
6 months of office support or administrative experience; healthcare, insurance, or financial services a plus.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
Tech-savvy and familiar with using PDF software.
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking. 
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adaptable.
