Administrative Office Specialist
Our client has an immediate need for a temporary Administrative Office Specialist for their Hillsboro office. This role will be assisting with special projects.
Administrative Office Specialist Responsibilities
Make photocopies and scans.
Create and edit electronic documents.
Assist with data entry.
Organize and perform filing.
Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Administrative Office Specialist Qualifications
3 months of administrative or office experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and able to navigate electronic documents.
Strong data entry skills; able to type at least 35-40 WPM.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Great attention to detail and organized.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
