Our large healthcare client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their Portland team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience alongside a collaborative team at a well-established and respected company.
This position will be working remote temporarily anticipating to return onsite in 2021.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities
Correspond to external requests from vendors and government entities.
Process record changes within the system.
Create reports and provide status updates.
Research and document resolutions and process improvements to existing procedures.
Calculate commissions and ensure payments are accurate.
Support special department projects.
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar field.
2 years of related administrative/support experience.
Experience within healthcare, insurance, or financial services industries preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Proficient with MS Office Suite; strong data entry skills.
Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
