Our Northwest client is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This role supports an academic curriculum while working alongside a group of directors, instructors, and managers.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities
Coordinate schedules, group attendance, and teaching materials.
Gather, organize, and post-course materials into the system.
Set up exams including proctoring and minimal troubleshooting.
Maintain online sites for scheduling and tracking objectives.
Set up Webex meetings and coordinate recordings.
Additional administrative duties as needed.
Administrative Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 year of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program.
High level of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail.
