Administrative Compensation Assistant
Our client is hiring an Administrative Compensation Assistant for their team. The Compensation Assistant supports the daily management of the compensation department including general operations, data management, and administrative tasks. Works closely with the Senior Compensation Consultant on various compensation functions, job analysis support, systems maintenance, market pricing and reporting.
Demonstrated analytical ability.
Strong Excel skills.
Competency in reviewing, gathering and analyzing data.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation experience not required, but preferred.
1-2 years of Administrative experience, HR experience preferred.
Workday experience preferred.
Assist Senior Compensation Consultant with job evaluations, market pricing, reporting and data administration.
Create new jobs or makes updates to current jobs in Workday.
Update tools and systems post job evaluation.
Act as a liaison between HR Comp and HR Business Partners.
May assist with data management and reporting.
Manages compensation evaluation intake form.
