Our client is hiring an Administrative Assistant for their team in Portland, Oregon.
Administrative Support Provides a full range of administrative support to a manager and team(s) to enhance efficiency and support achievement of business goals.
Uses MS Outlook to prepare emails and manage calendars.
Create/edit correspondences, report, presentation, agendas, meeting minutes, etc.
Relays information and assignments from manager to team, tracks and follows up to ensure completion.
Schedules meetings and appointments and travel arrangements; as needed.
MS Office (Outlook specifically), managing multiple calendars, PowerPoint presentations (creating, editing), excel, customer services, expense reporting, good communication, organized.
2+ years administrative work experience.
