This position entails working in the our client's Customer Assistance Center (CAC) assisting authorized service locations in troubleshooting parts/service related issues. This role will include a wide variety of cross functional collaboration opportunities and exposure with Aftermarket/Service Operations, Sales, Engineering and Field Service.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Assisting our SME – Subject Matter Experts by providing assistance to dealers, distributors, customers and field service personnel on moderately complex technical service/parts/customer issues in the repair of company products. (60%)
Assists in determining the proper path for service/parts/Customer resolution product issues. (20%)
Maintains call note log files with all pertinent repair information and documentation in Call Center software. (20%)
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR an associate's degree with 1 year of related experience OR high school diploma and 4 years of related experience required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic problems.
Ability to document and provide technical information.
