Our Portland client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to grow with their team. This organization values sustainability and going the distance to meet customers' needs.
This position will be temporarily working partially onsite and remote.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Process incoming orders and track progress.
Follow up on required documentation for processing.
Maintain records in the system accurately.
Assist in various projects as assigned.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
2 years experience in an administrative/support role.
Excellent writing and verbal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
Familiar with QuickBooks highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organized, outgoing, and confident.
Able to shift between multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines.
