Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a large organization.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Maintain system records and enter administrative changes into the system.
Ensure follow up with outside third-party vendors for missing information and correct records with missing information.
Monitor the entire process of overpaid claims.
Copy and file documents, sort mail, purge files and deliver files as needed from other areas.
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
Associates degree highly preferred.
6+ months customer service, administrative, or related experience.
Proficient with MS Office; able to type 35 WPM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy reviewing documents.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple and changing deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
