Our client is looking for a personable Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position provides support to the front desk, accounting department, and ad-hoc projects.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Greet incoming visitors and manage a multi-line phone system.
Utilize systems to create Bills of Material Report and job costing.
Support AR and AP functions by updating and sending customer invoices to customers.
Sort incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
Assist with filing.
Additional administrative and accounting duties as needed.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
1 year of administrative or accounting related experience; experience in manufacturing a plus.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and multi-line phone systems.
Familiarity with QuickBooks highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Able to multitask with eagerness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
