Administrative Assistant
Our client is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Greet visitors to building,
Answer phones.
Filing – PO’s, shop drawings, invoices.
Utilize company database to produce Bills of Material Report and job costing.
Clear customer invoices. Mail and e-mail out invoices to customers.
Sort incoming mail and distribute to the appropriate recipient.
Other duties as needed.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications
Ability to learn multi-line phone system and to handle calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Filing – both alphabetically and numerically.
Basic Excel and computer skills.
Accuracy with numbers.
Ability to utilize Word, email, fax and copy machine.
Willingness to help coworkers with workload when necessary, and desire to learn.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent attendance, a must.
