Administrative Assistant
Our client is hiring an Administrative Assistant for their team in Beaverton, Oregon. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is comfortable working in a fast-pace environment with a proven ability to self-start. You should be excellent at working with others, follow-through on requests to completion, be detail-oriented, and organized with strong communication skills. Our Senior Administrative Assistant be supporting 3 Senior Directors of Commercial Analytics.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
You will perform a variety of administrative task including but not limited to preparing correspondence, preparing expense reports, managing schedules and coordinating meetings, aiding in group moves, and organizing large meetings and events in a tight-time frame. You’ll be working with a wide range of people with different personalities and management styles. You’ll utilize your skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook among other programs.
