Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
Manage Executive team’s schedule using Outlook.
Monitor email, respond to inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
Coordinating travel arrangements for conferences, trainings, and seminars.
Maintain customer records accurately.
Produce, edit and reformat documents.
Create spreadsheets and reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
Assist in various projects as assigned.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
0-2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented or sales role.
Excellent writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Strong attention to detail, organized, outgoing, and confident.
