Admin Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Admin Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a large well-known healthcare company in Portland.

Admin Coordinator Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and book conference rooms and coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and fundraising activities. 
Track expenses and assist with preparing budgets. 
Proofread letters and memos and suggest edits. 
Maintain meeting notes and related documents for multiple departments. 
Analyze data, maintain spreadsheets and databases, and generate status reports.
Coordinate and move computers and phone systems.
Other administrative duties as assigned.

Admin Coordinator Qualifications 
Associates degree in Business or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of general office, administrative, or secretarial experience.
Experience with Oracle, EPIC, and Adobe Acrobat form creation required.
Proficient in using Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
