Accounts Payable Supervisor
Our Portland client is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their accounting team. This is an exciting time to join a growing company that takes pride in its company culture of taking the utmost care for its customers.
This is a remote position.
Accounts Payable Supervisor Responsibilities
Train team members on AP policies and procedures.
Be the point of contact for other departments regarding AP-related questions.
Research and solve AP issues quickly.
Oversee AP transactions and invoices.
Communicate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.
Identify areas of improvement for AP processes.
Assist with projects.
Accounts Payable Lead Qualifications
4 years of full-cycle AP experience and supervisory experience required.
Degree in Accounting highly preferred.
Proficient in using ERP Systems (Workday highly preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
