Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
Vendor set up.
Biweekly check preperation.
Verify employer IDs.
Maintain banking records.
Other duties as assigned.
Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable experience.
Knowledge of full cycle accounts payable preferred.
MS Office Suite experience, with skills in Excel and Word.
ERP systems knowledge a plus; Peoplesoft preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and positive personality.
