Accounts Payable Manager

This position is temporarily working remotely anticipating returning hybrid in 2021.
Accounts Payable Manager Responsibilities
Review invoices and payments and support internal teams with the invoicing process.
Ensure GL coding is accurate with approvals and entry of journal entries and expenses.
Set up credit card accounts and prepare checks.
Oversee month and year-end close related to payables.
Handle all vendor correspondence and resolve any discrepancies.
Provide training to AP staff members.
Accounts Payable Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, similar field, or combination of education and experience.
5 years of full-process accounts payable experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office products including intermediate skills in Excel.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
