Accounts Payable Lead
Our Portland area client is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to join their onsite team. This is an exciting time as the accounting team and organization is rapidly growing!
Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities
Prepare multiple check runs.
Review invoices and reconcile accounts.
Communicate and resolve vendor issues.
Ensure vendors are compliant and perform internal audits.
Maintain accounting data.
Support AP team's daily tasks.
Accounts Payable Lead Qualifications
3 years of high volume accounts payable experience including experience from construction or similar industry.
Proficient with QuickBooks; experience with Viewpoint highly preferred.
Familiar with job costing and billing projects highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.
Motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
