Our Portland client is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to join their accounting team. This is an exciting time to join a growing company that takes pride in its company culture of taking the utmost care for its customers.
This is a remote position.
Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities
Process AP transactions and invoices.
Be the point of contact for other departments regarding AP-related questions.
Research and solve AP issues quickly.
Communicate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.
Identify areas of improvement for AP processes.
Train team members on AP policies and procedures.
Assist with additional projects.
Accounts Payable Lead Qualifications
2 years of full-cycle AP experience and 6 months of supervisory experience required.
Degree in Accounting highly preferred.
Proficient in using ERP Systems (Workday highly preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
