Accounts Payable Clerk
Our healthcare client is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Portland team. The ideal candidate provides superior service and thrives in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk
Respond to phone and email inquiries to a shared department inbox promptly.
Maintain W9 and W8 forms and AP-related records.
Gather required documentation for vendor set up and updates.
Research issues and follow up with vendors and internal departments timely.
Set up vendor records according to reporting regulations and organization policies.
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications
6+ months of accounts payable experience or administrative support involving invoicing and payroll.
MS Office Suite experience, with strong skills in Excel.
Data entry / 10-key skills with a focus on accuracy.
Proficient with Oracle a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and quick to learn new processes.
